Castle from the River Ness

Cavell House is only a 5 minutes stroll from Inverness Castle, which is the start or end of the Great Glen Way, which passes in front of the house.
Eden Court theatre is a 5 minute walk and the Cathedral is 10 minutes on foot.

Things to do:

Walking - Local and long distance routes such as the Great Glen Way.
Cycling - Unrestricted opportunities and waymarked routes on the Great Glen.
Fishing - Sea, river and loch.
Golf - Coastal courses on the Moray Firth and many local and inland courses.

Things to see:
Cawdor Castle, Tomatin Distillery, Fort George, Culloden Battlefield, Dolphin Cruising and of course down Loch Ness to go Monster watching.
